In a commune-like setting, artists such as The Mamas and the Papas, Joni Mitchell, America, Buffalo Springfield, The Byrds, and Crosby, Stills & Nash brought to life the anthems of a generation.
Adding depth, color, and certainly authenticity to the film, famed rock photographer Henry Diltz contributes as narrator and also provides original photographs, some never before exhibited, and rare footage shot amongst the Laurel Canyon musicians' tribe.
This DVD brings us to a time and place where some refused to let go of a dream in which harmony rules the Earth. To this day, their music echoes through the hills of Laurel Canyon.
